I am a microbiologist turned yogi and nutritional counseling coach.  I have been practicing yoga for 7 years and have received my certification in Ashtanga.  I am currently studying with a power yoga guru and I am also studying Kundalini.  I teach yoga privates only at this time and also am certified in holistic based nutritional counseling - to coach clients on nutrition/diet to suit individual needs, looking to all the nutritional gurus for enlightening information.

I was raised in Austin Texas and then moved to SF in 1989 for college. I lived there until 1999.  Most summers were spent in Colorado and one in Santa Fe were I worked at a Native American antiques art gallery.  I also lived in Denver for almost a year and lived in Durango Colorado while taking undergrad chemistry and physics.  I have been in LA now for almost 7 years.
